A wonderful time for the whole family! If you haven’t been to Knott’s Berry Farm, it’s definitely something to check out in California. They have something to enjoy for every age – from huge roller coasters to fun rides for the little ones that aren’t quite ready for high speeds and loops yet. My kids had so much fun it was hard to convince them to go home.

The park actually isn’t that big compared to other theme parks, which is a good thing, because it was easy to find all the rides, activities and places to eat at throughout the park. What’s also great is in-between the heart pounding rides, there we’re still other options for activities that didn’t require as much screaming. We got to see shows, played games and took pictures with characters from the cartoon Peanuts. That whole day was so much fun and the weather was perfect!
And, of course I have to talk about the food. Funnel cakes, snow comes, ice cream, burgers (not all at the same time) and so much more – this alone was an activity in itself. At Knott’s Berry Farm, you have to try everything, but let your food go down before hopping onto another roller coaster of course. While you do wait for the next thrilling ride, go on a horse carriage ride with the whole family or the train ride – not so intense, more relaxing, but just as fun. And before you leave, make sure to check out all the stores throughout the park, so many great souvenirs to choose from.

One of the other things I really appreciate about this park, being TheItMom, is the price. It’s a lot cheaper than other parks and you really get more than what you pay. With the amount of activities they have to offer, it’s worth the ticket price. So next time you visit California, come and bring the family to Knott’s Berry Farm and have a non-stop fun-filled day of activities!
